Dear beautiful beings, I hope you are well and if you aren’t that’s ok to be where you are right now and knowing that all moments pass. Even when we are in illness or emotionally troubled, no two moments are the same. So starting where we are, letting our body know that we are here for us and we are here to support us. Just having our presence is a powerful healer with energy and attention flowing into our body. With this ease of working with what is, we can begin to settle into our body and lean into gentleness. This may be a place in us where we can feel through memory of what gentleness feels like, a time that can be any time in the past, where we experienced how this felt. It may be someone whose kindness touched you and made you feel good and loved, and it may be a dear animal companion.
Just sitting with this feeling and let it nourish you as it begins to fill as much space as you have in this moment and whatever space it takes up is fine for now… as we do our best in any given moment and sometimes there’s more and other times we have less space. That’s ok, as many of us have a lot going on in our minds and our bodies and there’s no judgment on any of it, it just is as it is for now. If you can be here for you in this moment to nourish and support yourself with a feeling of tenderness and joy through a memory, this is all that’s needed and if you feel this is a struggle let go and feel yourself flow down the stream, and you can have another moment where it may be a better time to revisit your beautiful memory. Perhaps after some activity to release energy and hormones that build when we feel overwhelmed. Sit with this moment for the time you wish and place hands over heart and solar plexus to feel through your hands and incorporate more of this in your being. You may find this feeling comes sooner as you place your hands again at another time.
These little moments of meditation can help us build toward calming our body and mind and healing. Slow and steady, little by little, step by step, like all things we take one bit at a time and it’s enough. Take good care of you and much love, namaste, Aeve 🙏🏽😊💚🌿🌸
